The deadline to apply for one of eight Northcentral University’s full-tuition scholarships via the NCU “Values Scholarship Program” is July 20, 2015. New students who have applied to a NCU master’s or doctoral degree program between March 1, 2015 and July 20, 2015 are eligible to participate. Two full-tuition scholarships – one master’s program and one doctoral program – will be awarded to winning students in each of NCU’s four Schools: Business and Technology Management; Education; Psychology; and Marriage and Family Sciences. Each scholarship is valued up to $66,107, depending upon the program.
Applicants must submit a 500-700 word essay on one of NCU’s four Values - Innovation, Diversity, Excellence or Accountability – and explain how a scholarship and advanced degree from Northcentral would enable the student to carry out that Value in order to positively impact their profession and community.
Applicants must meet all admission requirements for their desired degree program at Northcentral University. The scholarship award will be based on the NCU selection committee’s assessment of the overall quality of the scholarship essay and made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
NCU “Values Scholarship Program” winners will be notified the week of September 1, 2015 and their full-tuition scholarships will apply as of their start date.
