- 2:30 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.: “Case Study: How Aetna’s Oncology Strategy Is Delivering Increased Value” — Two national medical directors from Aetna will discuss details of the innovative oncology management programs the insurer has launched and the results their personalized, value-based initiatives have achieved thus far.
- 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.: “Case Study: How an Oncology PCMH Is Improving the Delivery of Cancer Care While Reducing Waste” —The Co-founder and Chief Physician of Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology (CMOH), the first oncology practice that the National Committee for Quality Assurance recognized as a level III patient-centered medical home (PCMH), will discuss how the oncology PCMH was established, lessons learned, the PCMH’s effects on quality, cost and patient satisfaction and much more.
