On a semi-annual basis, EdgeLink, a boutique IT staffing and recruiting firm with locations in Denver and Portland, conducts the EdgeLink Loyalty Index (ELI) which measures the company's Net Promoter Score and customer service performance directly from the feedback of everyday customers and candidates. The survey is administered through Inavero.

Reflecting on performance allows the company to analyze existing circumstances and make changes to improve service to both candidates and clients. That level of commitment is one of the contributing factors to EdgeLink being awarded the 2014 Inavero Best of Staffing in Talent and Client Satisfaction. The candid, honest feedback received allows EdgeLink to equally reevaluate victories and any areas of improvement.

What is ELI?

EdgeLink is not satisfied unless their customers and candidates are satisfied.
