Engel & Völkers Florida, part of the European-based premium real estate brand, announced that one of the firm’s United States real estate advisors has been named a member of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” by REAL Trends, and the The Wall Street Journal, a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications.

With $148,171,912 in sales volume, real estate advisor Carol Sollak is on top of her game. Carol Sollak of Engel & Völkers Wellington is also a Private Office advisor, an exclusive international network of Engel & Völkers’ top real estate professionals. Carol credits her success to her love for people, horses, and the “art of the deal”. As the proud owner of Brooklyn Blues, an award winning show jumping horse, Sollak is in-tune with what her clients want and need in their properties. Brooklyn is trained and ridden by top rider, Eric Lamaze, who is Sollak’s best friend and an avid real estate investor. The list is comprised of categorized rankings that include the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume and by Transaction Sides, and the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume and by Transactions Sides, as well as two newly added categories based off of average sales price, which include Top 250 Agents by Average Sales Price and Top 250 Teams by Average Sales Price.

Sollak was ranked in the Top 250 Agents by Transaction Volume again for 2015. She is now ranked in the top one half of one percent of the more than 1,100,000 REALTORS® nationwide.
