LDM Global is pleased to announce the addition of Kerry Guzek as its new customer service associate. LDM Global is a leading international provider of legal discovery management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies.
In the newly created position, Guzek will work closely with account managers and the professional services team to promote a proactive, customer-focused service model.
Guzek has more than 10 years of experience in customer service positions. Most recently, she worked at Goodwill Easter Seals.

LDM Global recently announced that its Net Promoter Score was at positive 38 for the second quarter of 2015. This was an increase from the 2014 average Net Promoter Score of 24.

LDM Global is also pleased to have Alexandria Stasulli join the Colorado office as a sales intern. Stasulli is currently in her third year at Robert Gordon University and is studying International Business Management. She will be with LDM Global for one year. Stasulli will be working closely with the sales and marketing team.
