The Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, an operator of over 100 hotels throughout North America, steps up their weekly outdoor fun by adding local breweries to “Patio Thursdays.”

“Because we have such a loyal following for our patio events, the menu changes weekly so our guests can experience a variety of tastes and textures throughout the summer,” said Don Anderson, the hotel’s General Manager. “Now we have added a variety of rotating local hand-crafted beers to the menu, presented by local breweries.” Patio Thursdays also includes buffets themed around traditional American cookout dishes with a unique contemporary spin. For example, a traditional burger would be prepared using lamb, chicken or salmon and then complimented with side dishes prepared using local products.
