With the increasing complexities of data management and security, customers are beginning to realize that it’s a win-win when they get the hosting solution they want and need both at a lower cost and with a model that turns the risk over to the experts.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 10, 2015
H5, a leading provider of technology-assisted review and eDiscovery services, today announced that it is offering a multi-tenant deployment of Relativity to customers seeking Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions using Relativity. The new multi-tenancy licensing model is made available only to Relativity Best in Service Premium Hosting Partners.
Available to Relativity Best in Service Partners running Relativity 9.1 or higher, multi-tenancy technology allows H5 to serve multiple customers in a single Relativity deployment. Customers get the same front-end administrative control—including workspace and user creation and the ability to grant permissions to their end users—that they would in their own Relativity deployment while reaping the benefits and cost savings of a shared deployment hosted by H5. By securely isolating users, resource pools, workspaces, groups, and matters by client, multi-tenancy ensures all items within a client's environment are inaccessible to any users outside that environment.
“Relativity is an integral part of our services, and we’re excited to be able to offer this option to our clients,” said Jason Richard, H5’s Director of eDiscovery. “With the increasing complexities of data management and security, customers are beginning to realize that it’s a win-win when they get the hosting solution they want and need both at a lower cost and with a model that turns the risk over to the experts. We adhere to standards of excellence that we know will protect our clients while giving them full command of the best technology the market has to offer.”
H5, which has been on the cutting edge of eDiscovery and technology-assisted review since 1999, has been responding to increased client demand for their eDiscovery services by including IaaS—now bolstered by Relativity’s multi-tenancy option—and a Unified Matter Repository for managing aggregated data collections, in addition to more traditional processing and hosting offerings.
