Think Tech Labs was included in the Inc. 5000 for the second year running

We’re very pleased and proud to be included in the Inc. 5000 for a second straight year.

Think Tech Labs, provider of REthink, the most widely deployed real estate business management software, today announced it has been named for the second consecutive year to Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

Inclusion in Inc. Magazine’s ranking is determined by revenue growth in the three prior years. Think Tech Labs is positioned at #226 on the strength of its 1,954% growth in revenue during that period. This rapid business expansion reflects both the success of the company’s software product, REthink, a business management solution for commercial and residential real estate firms, and the enormous growth in the company's investments in people and technology.

“We’re very pleased and proud to be included in the Inc. 5000 for a second straight year,” said Vijay Mehra, founder and chief executive officer of Think Tech Labs. “Obviously we wouldn’t be enjoying this success without the best team in Austin. But neither would we be having this celebration without our amazing stable of real estate clients, big and small, from all over the world. Real estate is undergoing a technology revolution and we're right in the center of it.”

Beyond its overall placement at #226, Think Tech Labs stands out on the 2015 Inc. 5000 in a number of categories:

  •     #1 Real Estate software company
  •     Top 25 for Software overall
  •     #2 Software Company in Austin, a technology hotbed and one of the fastest growing cities in America
  •     #7 overall for Austin

Beyond its own success REthink is powering the growth of some of the nation's fastest growing commercial and residential real estate firms. There are nine REthink clients included in this year's Inc. 5000 list.

"The story of this year’s Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don’t achieve that kind of success by accident."
