Ziegler, a specialty investment bank, is pleased to announce its role in advising ContinuumRX, Inc. (ContinuumRX) on its $13.5 million round of new equity financing led by New Spring Capital.

ContinuumRX is a home infusion company that operates joint ventures with six major health systems operating 25 hospitals. The unique service model helps hospitals gain efficiencies during the discharge process by providing patients with a seamless transition from the hospital to the home setting. The Company creates a single point of contact for physicians managing patients in the home and provides health plans, ACOs and payers with rich data regarding therapy compliance and avoidable readmissions.

The financing will enable expansion into new markets as well as expanding services within existing markets.
