AME Unveils Details for Fall 2015 International Conference

The AME 2015 International Conference, taking place in Cincinnati, Ohio on Oct. 18-23, is the largest lean manufacturing conference in the world. Nine keynote speakers, 54 presentations, 40 tours, 18 special interest sessions and 40 workshops provide attendees with a transformational learning experience like no other.

Details: The AME 2015 International Conference celebrates the theme “Sustained Success Begins with You.” This is the world’s largest lean manufacturing conference offering attendees the prospect of discovering new inspiration and direction within their industry, as well as the opportunity to learn directly from world-renowned lean leaders and thinkers.

This year’s conference features:
•Nine keynote presentations that will share knowledge and inspirational expertise. A few speakers include Lisa Bodell, Jeremy Bout and Libby Gill. Also, honorary Cincinnati conference chair John Ratzenberger, famous for his 1980 role as Cliff Clavin on the hit tv show “Cheers,” and now an advocate for the “Made in America” initiative.
•54 practitioner presentations showcasing industry leaders who are articulate advocates for change.
•40+ local best practice tours giving attendees the chance to see hands-on tools and skills. A few tours include MillerCoors, Messier-Bugatti USA and Bosch Group.
•18 interactive special interest sessions led by continuous improvement specialists.
•40+ pre- and post-conference workshops examining lean thinking to transform challenges in manufacturing.
•60+ learning resource exhibits featuring the latest in lean thinking and continuous improvement tools.
