New York, New York (PRWEB) September 08, 2015
Cava Construction & Development (Cava Construction), a leading mid-size construction management company in New York City, has announced that 2015 is off to a strong start, with two major new building projects breaking ground, one topping off, and four new buildings receiving Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO) during the first eight months of 2015.
“To date, 2015 has exceeded our expectations and we are on pace to achieve record revenues and growth this year,” said Peter Serpico, Chief Executive Officer of Cava Construction. “We are proud of the contributions we continue to make throughout the New York metropolitan area, especially to the revitalization of the World Trade Center area, where we just topped off construction at 133 Greenwich Street, a 28 story project right next to the Freedom Tower.”
Cava Construction is a market leader in building new, out-of-the-ground, high-rise construction projects in New York City and in multi-level renovations in existing buildings. The company is projecting more than $200 million in revenue for 2015. Over the past decade Cava Construction has built more than two million square feet of new commercial and residential high-rise space, specializing in hospitality and multi-tenant buildings.
“We are also putting the final touches on three major projects that have been years in the making,” added Mr. Serpico. “We just received our TCO for a seven story building at 490 Myrtle Street, the Hotel Le Soleil on West 36th Street, a 21 story building, 172 Montague Street in Brooklyn, a 19 story residential building, and the Holiday Inn on 8th Avenue, a 35-story hotel.
“We’ve also broke ground on new projects including in Brooklyn at 156 Tillary Street and 504 Myrtle Avenue. We have a significant pipeline of new business that is driving our growth and we are pleased to be in a position to take advantage of the continued construction surge around the entire New York City area.”
