Systemware, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, today announced that Frankie Basso, formerly Vice President of Marketing, has been named President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Basso will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the company's sales, corporate marketing, development, support and services organizations.

This move leverages Basso’s deep experience in and passion for user experience and usability. A pioneer of Systemware’s ECM Individualized initiative, Basso believes users should be able to customize software functions and features to their specific needs, personalizing the way they interact with information to increase productivity.
