The event was hosted at the newly designed Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range storefront, located at 19751 East Main Street, Suite 9 in Parker, Colorado, and was attended by over 200 notable guests from around the country.
The event began with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by top Engel & Völkers representatives. Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring speeches from Steve deGuzman, principal broker and License Partner of Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range, Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, and representatives from the Special Olympics. Following the grand opening celebration, guests attended the opening night of the 10th Annual Parker Oktoberfest, of which Engel & Völkers was the presenting sponsor.
Notable guests included distinguished mayor of Parker, Mike Waid; deGuzman and Brown Windle, owner of Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range; and representatives of Special Olympics, cause marketing partner of Engel & Völkers North America.
