StayNTouch Inc., provider of a full Hotel PMS and PMS Mobile Overlay Platform, is pleased to announce the implementation of its full PMS solution at YOTEL Gatwick, Heathrow and Amsterdam Airports. YOTEL plans to roll this new cloud based PMS to a new ‘airside’ YOTEL at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to open in 2016.

The YOTEL team had been searching for a PMS that could book both overnight as well as hourly reservations. StayNTouch delivered its solution in just under 6 months and continues to provide great operational benefits to the three hotels. For example, the hotels turn over their cabins more efficiently and have better communication with the ‘Mission Control’ crew at the front desk, due to its simple and efficient mobile housekeeping functions included.

The StayNTouch PMS provides an easy browser-based user interface for booking and reservation fulfillment. The included booking engine API service is used to power yotel.com, providing transaction free direct internet bookings. With it’s multi property functionality included, YOTEL crew and the team at HQ can switch easily between the properties, making bookings and check on availability and rates. Subsequent interfaces and implementation costs are included in a fixed monthly charge.
