We are proud of the work and attention to detail and functionality that is going into these new Denver meeting venues.

To mark the launch of four newly redesigned ballrooms, Hyatt Hotels in downtown Denver, Grand Hyatt Denver and Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, announce that ballroom WiFi is complimentary with their Free WiFi Meeting Package. The meeting must be booked before December 31, 2015 and must actualize between before December 30, 2016, with a minimum of 50 rooms on peak night.

The Free WiFi Meeting Package is a complement to an extensive redesign of the Hyatt Hotels in Downtown Denver’s meeting and event space, including a total of four large ballrooms. Additionally, all 1,600 guest rooms, 516 at Grand Hyatt Denver and 1,100 at Hyatt Regency Denver, have been recently updated and include free WiFi Internet access as well.

The Denver meeting space remodel at Hyatt Regency Denver encompasses the Centennial and Capitol Ballrooms and an array of prefunction areas, meeting and board rooms totaling 60,600 square feet. The new look will deliver a Colorado sense of place as Denver designers Rowland + Broughton will add layers of texture and color to evoke the surrounding mountains, while contemporary furnishings and design details will create a modern yet residential feel to the redone areas. The hotel’s foyer functionality will be enhanced with furnishings that can be configured for a variety of meeting and convention seating styles. Innovations also include a meeting room that will feature pre-placed collaborative seating and work tables for multi-functional use.

At Grand Hyatt Denver, Aspen (formerly Grand) and Colorado (formerly Imperial) Ballrooms receive a makeover, along with their foyers, and the meeting rooms that adjoin them and that are connected by escalator. While the artwork alone promises intrigue in these modernized areas, Grand Hyatt Denver’s conference space updates will include floor and wall coverings in patterns that are inspired by the Mile High City’s urban grid, using tones of grey and sunset rusts. The use of natural materials and dark walnut millwork will complement custom light fixtures, providing a soft and flattering glow. Statement door entries will create an unmistakable sense of arrival in foyer areas, while free-standing columns and refreshed elevator lobbies will offer inviting spaces for guests to reconnect.

“We are proud of the work and attention to detail and functionality that is going into these new Denver meeting venues,” commented Mark Stiebeling, Grand Hyatt Denver general manager. “Even if a planner has chosen the Mile High City for a conference recently, when they return, they will find an entirely new meeting option available to them,” added Greg Leonard, Hyatt Regency Denver general manager.

To book this meeting package, contact the Sales office at (303) 486-4400 or e-mail dencc.rfp(at)hyatt(dot)com. Conference planners should ask for offer code: DenverWiFi; other restrictions may apply.
