Giraffas USA has announced a limited-time-only Shrimp Moqueca -- a fresh take on a timeless Brazilian dish; and Pork Picanha—an entirely new cut of pork in the U.S. making its debut at Giraffas

Both the Shrimp Moqueca and Pork Picanha are available now through December 2015 at Giraffas location in the U.S.

Giraffas USA has announced a limited-time-only Shrimp Moqueca -- a fresh take on a timeless Brazilian dish. Made Bahian-style, this stew is simmered in coconut milk and includes fresh red and green pepper, tomatoes, cilantro and basil. This delicious meal is served with white rice and a side salad with balsamic dressing ($11.99).

Also new on the menu is the Pork Picanha—an entirely new cut of pork in the U.S. making its debut at Giraffas restaurants throughout the U.S. This delicious, tender cut is served with white rice, black beans and side salad with balsamic dressing, with Chimichurri or Brazilian Vinaigrette ($14.99).

Both the Shrimp Moqueca and Pork Picanha are available now through December 2015. Plus all orders of the limited-time-only offerings come with a free Milk Chocolate Brigadeiro, a traditional Brazilian sweet, created by Samba Gourmet.
