New Ramsey County Library in Shoreview Breaks Ground
October 22, 2015 (Shoreview, MN) – Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) celebrated the official start of construction for the much-anticipated Ramsey County Library in Shoreview. City officials, board members, and the community joined together to celebrate the groundbreaking October 22, 2015.

The new 38,000 square foot library is being built on a site adjacent to the current library. The new building will include a community room, computer area, separate book areas for adults, teens and children, meeting rooms, study rooms, and back-of-house space. The project is scheduled to be completed in January 2017 at a cost of $15.8 million.

AP is partnering with HGA Architects on this design-build project. The Shoreview library is AP’s second library project for Ramsey County.
