About the New Facility
CTI’s new Grand Rapids facility is located on the booming 28th Street SE business corridor – just minutes from numerous dining and shopping venues; it is also twelve minutes from Gerald R. Ford International Airport, where eight airlines provide 120 flights daily, including non-stop travel to 15 U.S. airports.
The facility includes two testing areas with computerized testing stations for 44 participants and a focus group suite with an eight seat viewing room for clients. The large kitchen includes ample counter space, secure dry storage, double door 49 cu. ft. fridge and freezer and flexible electrical for six ovens, ten microwaves and retail food service equipment.
