Discover The Palm Beaches, the official tourism marketing corporation charged with promoting Palm Beach County, the largest county in Florida, today launched the free travel planning website application Utrip PRO. This innovative itinerary maker enables visitors to create their own personalized day-by-day itinerary for their stay in The Palm Beaches. The application’s function allows users to align their unique interests and available budget with the hundreds of destination tourism products and experiences offered. The experience is available at palmbeachfl.utrip.com.

The Palm Beaches are the best way to experience Florida®. Spanning 47 miles of pristine beaches along the Atlantic Coastline from Boca Raton to Jupiter, the 2,000 square-mile destination is comprised of 38 unique cities that make up 15 distinct districts that provide captivating experiences for every traveler—from classic luxury and relaxation to natural wonder and adventure. The Palm Beaches encompass a diverse culinary landscape, world-class shopping venues, 125 peaceful waterways for on- or in-the-water activities, famed championship fairways at more than 160 public and private golf courses, and a thriving cultural scene for entertainment and the arts.

Based on recent advancements in artificial intelligence, the Utrip PRO planner generates personalized, interactive itineraries in three steps:

  • First, users enter their travel dates.
  • Next, users start the personalization process by selecting one of six Traveler Profiles, such as “Food & Culture” or “The Great Outdoors.” The Traveler Profiles have pre-set preference levers in 15 interest categories from Budget and Culture to Museums, Cuisine and Shopping.
  • Lastly, users continue personalizing their experience by adjusting the levers. Once confident with their selections, they click “Plan My Trip”. In seconds, a day-by-day itinerary will be created, including detailed venue descriptions and tips, optimized for geography, seasonality, and hours of operation.
