The move is aimed at helping companies onboard users in a seamless manner. The company has introduced support for 27 languages.
Whatfix helps companies and individuals alike to create flows (interactive walkthroughs) with their browser extension, available for Chrome and Firefox. These easily embeddable flows give the users a hands-on experience on the product. This is helpful to onboard first time users, train employees, reduce support queries and simplify documentation*.
