Guadalajara, Mexico (PRWEB) November 13, 2015
Belatrix Software CEO and Co-Founder, Luis Robbio, yesterday joined the fifth edition of Outsource2LAC in Guadalajara, Mexico. The 3-day forum gathered successful entrepreneurs from all over Latin America to discuss emerging trends, and how service providers have helped them achieve their goals during this time of software-driven disruption.
Robbio shared his experiences from the software industry while participating in the panel “Software in the age of disruption”. The panel examined how software development is changing as it pivots towards mobile devices. In addition the panel discussed emerging topics, and how they will transform software development. Companies will increasingly need to find partners with skills in these emerging areas in order to stay ahead of their competition.
As Luis Robbio shared during the event, “In this age of fundamental change, I think there is a subject of core importance we must address: the Internet of Things. As every device becomes connected to the internet, we will create a smart world that will change how societies work. But to get there, companies will need to find the technical skills, while also changing their culture and processes.”
Belatrix Software is increasingly focusing on the Internet of Things, for example hosting a recent IoT Hackathon in Buenos Aires. As Luis Robbio mentioned in his concluding remarks, “This will become a crucial matter for every company that wants to survive”.
