After a short absence, Edible Nutmeg is preparing to return to Connecticut and continue its informed coverage of all-things local and food related. New owner and publisher Dana Jackson takes over from Robert Lockhart to bring Edible Nutmeg back with a geographic shift in focus to the state’s western counties of Fairfield, Litchfield, and New Haven.

Dana Jackson has worked as a farmer, teacher, sports instructor, consultant, and park ranger. He holds a B.A. in English from U.C.L.A. and a M.A. in English from San Diego State University.

Issue #27, Winter 2015, is scheduled for release the week of 11/16 and will be available to the public for free.
