P+R Architects, a full-service international architecture firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of a dedicated individual, Joseph Serruya and the appointment of a new CFO, Ian Denny. Joseph has contributed over 15 years of service to P+R, leading a number of significant projects, and establishing viable workplace culture. It is with pride that we recognize him for his loyal service to the company. Ian Denny joins P+R from Deltek where he served most recently as Director of Data Services.
Joseph has contributed significantly to the firm’s success joining P+R Architects in 1999. With over 20 years of experience, Joseph continues to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients such as Walmart, Peterson Companies, the Washington Nationals, as well as leading our east coast operations. A highly proactive leader, Joseph understands the need to be profitable, and effectively balances risk and rewards. Additionally, Joseph is heavily involved with ICSC (the International Council for Shopping Centers) and ULI (Urban Land Institute).

Ian Denny has worked in financial management for over 15 years in a variety of industries and firms, with a focus on the AEC community for the past seven years. Ian focuses on creating efficiency, leveraging technology to create transparency and provide real-time intelligence to decision makers and providing inspired leadership to teams in the front office and the back office. He collaborates effectively with teammates, executives, and other stakeholders to create sustainable and innovative solutions to stubborn business challenges and approaches relationships and objectives thoughtfully with an eye toward long term future success. Ian is passionate about creating win-win solutions where both people and profit benefit.
