Both motor vehicle software solutions, CuroGens mv360 and CuroGens Vehicle Management System (VMS) for Microsoft Dynamics® AX, have been developed to assist manufacturers and their dealer networks in better managing lifetime purchase, warranty claims and service histories of units by utilizing the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
CuroGens mv360 is unique in that the solution is a seamless integration of a manufacturer’s existing ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online and Microsoft Windows Azure™. This not only allows for management and tracking of a vehicle throughout its lifecycle, but also provides for the sharing of information in real-time between manufacturers and their dealer networks. The module features a user-defined dashboard, reporting tools and immediate access to quality issues and warranty information from dealers.
