Harris Communications, a provider of solutions for hearing loss, today introduced the new PG-200 Two Way Personal Pager from Serene Innovations. The PG-200 includes two pagers that have strobe, audible alarm and vibration alerts and is an easy way for patients to notify caregiver of their needs.
When attention is needed, the patient notifies the caregiver by pressing the large button on the pager. The caregiver is alerted by strobe, audible alarm and vibration on the other pager. The caregiver then presses the large button on their pager to let the patient know the page has been received. A unique channel selection ensures no interference from multiple systems.
Compact (1.75” W x 3.25” H x 2.625” D) and lightweight (2 oz), the pager is wearable or wall-mountable and has up to a 150 foot range. Pager uses strobe, audible alarm and vibration alerts with the option to turn off the strobe and audible alarm.
The PG-200 includes a rechargeable Li-ion battery that has 10 days of use. Up to 4 pagers (purchased separately) can be paired to each system. Auxiliary port on pager can be used for assistive switches for those with low mobility.
