The Lord spoke to me about addressing the errors found in many of today’s leaders. His plan is to correct the errors, inspire the leaders, and encourage the followers

Identifying a leader in these worldly times can be quite difficult. Unfortunately many individuals think that a leadership role only qualifies for a certain time period – not understanding that we need to be leaders on a continual basis.

Hoping to encourage all religious leaders in every denomination, Pastor Thomas Horne wrote, “Are YOU the One?” that speaks of God’s perfect plan for religious leaders to follow.

“The Lord spoke to me about addressing the errors found in many of today’s leaders. His plan is to correct the errors, inspire the leaders, and encourage the followers,” Horne said.

“Are YOU the One?” shares the importance of encouraging and holding leaders to a higher standard, instead of placing them on a pedestal from which they are subject to fall.

“My successes and failures all throughout my life and early ministry have mapped out my qualifications for writing this book,” Horne said.

As a book that is godly inspired, “Are YOU the One?” offers a step-by-step process of self-identification and is intended to touch leaders of all rank. After reading, individuals will be encouraged and strengthened by the advice Horne gives in regards to leading in the most successful way.
