Mr. Hathaway joins Riversand’s Executive team with over 15 years of experience in sales and sales management. Mr. Hathaway will be responsible for delivering revenue growth across Riversand’s operations in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Riversand, Mr. Hathaway has held sales and sales leadership positions at market leading companies like Siebel, ATG, and Oracle. In his most recent role at Oracle, Tom successfully led ERP Sales for the Eastern US and Canada focusing in the retail market. Tom discovered his passion for data early in his career as a Senior Director at JD Power and Associates, where he helped companies use syndicated behavioral data to make informed decisions.
