Due to the expansion of outsourcing operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), an innovative leader in business process outsourcing and digitization solutions, is excited to announce the addition of Peter J. Bernota as Vice President of Operations.

Peter brings extensive management expertise from a diverse range of finance, business development, operations and general management positions. Based in Washington D.C., he is responsible for overseeing and directing all business activity in the Mid-Atlantic region to ensure the attainment of SPS’ core values: clients first, delivering excellence, and innovative thinking.

Through his early experience in the finance and investment industry, as well as his most recent successes in managing regional and global market expansions, Peter has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the deployment of industry best practices. He understands the importance of collaborating with clients in order to help them reach their goals through operational efficiencies. Prior to joining SPS, Peter gained valuable experience as a Client Operations Director at Xerox, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing outsourced services for one of the largest global law firms.

Peter is a former U.S. Army Reserve Airborne Infantry officer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Marquette University, a joint Master’s degree in International Management from Boston University and Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium, and is a graduate from the 59th International Banking Summer School in Australia.
