Pharmaceutical services provider TrialCard has added another experienced executive to its leadership team, hiring John Boney as Vice President of Operations. Boney will assume responsibility for the company’s Customer Experience Center, which provides inbound patient, pharmacist, and physician support as well as outbound tele-detail and tele-promotion campaigns to deliver brand messaging and physician awareness, along with all corporate recruiting efforts. These responsibilities go hand in hand as TrialCard has won multiple outbound call business opportunities in 2015 and has dramatically increased staffing in multiple functional areas to support these programs.

Boney’s background includes over two decades of leadership experience in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Strategy Development, and Change Management from roles with several companies. He holds a BA from Loyola (MD) University where he was a four-year scholarship basketball player.
