World Wide Land Transfer, a Pennsylvania based national title agency announced the hiring of industry veteran Maria Deligiorgis. Deligiorgis will spearhead WWLT's new D.C. office as the companies Mid-Atlantic Region President. Deligiorgis is directly responsible for managing and developing production for World Wide Land Transfer's growing title agency operations in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Deligiorgis has spent her entire career in the real estate and title insurance industries, coming up through the ranks in the DC area with mid-sized and large regional companies. Most recently Deligiorgis held the position of Mid-Atlantic Division President of a national title insurance company. An active attorney, Deligiorgis has executive level experience developing, implementing and managing regional business operations. She earned her JD from American University Washington College of Law and Master's and Bachelor' degrees from the University of Iowa. “Maria's extensive experience makes her the ideal candidate for this key leadership role," said World Wide Land Transfer Founder and President Marc E. Shaw. “She is also solidly anchored in the professional community through her involvement with the state land title, realtor and bankers' associations, serving on key industry endeavors. We are delighted to have a proven leader like Maria joining our dynamic management team and heading our effort in World Wide Land Transfer's growth.” Shaw said.
