Advantage Engineers, a leading provider of specialized engineering services, is proud to announce Julia Pulidindi has joined the firm as a Broadband Analyst. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Pulidindi will work to build relationships and highlight Advantage’s work as a partner for local governments to improve broadband connectivity. Local governments are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of broadband access for residents. Working together with the broadband team in the Northeast and Colorado regions, Ms. Pulidindi will focus on how Advantage can meet their needs and growing demands.

Ms. Pulidindi brings over 10 years of experience in governmental affairs specializing in policy development and advocacy. She brings to her role at Advantage years of experience in research and analysis within federal, state and local transportation, technology and communications programs.

Prior to her role with Advantage, Ms. Pulidindi served in several capacities within the National League of Cities (NLC) in Washington, DC. In her most recent role, Ms. Pulidindi served as the Principal Associate for Technology and Communications in NLC’s Federal Advocacy program. In this capacity, she successfully directed advocacy campaigns to protect and promote local interests on federal and regulatory technology and communications-related issues as well as cultivated relationships with industry partners for the strategic partnerships program. Her experience with the NLC included serving as the Senior Associate for the Infrastructure Program within NLC’s City Solutions and Applied Research program where she developed a range of resources to help local elected officials address infrastructure challenges. Ms. Pulidindi holds a Master of Science in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate in Economics and Finance from Birkbeck College as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American International University.
