Carpet One Floor & Home members from across the United States and Canada arrived in Orlando, FL this week to engage with new product offerings, exclusive programs, marketing initiatives and networking opportunities. The two-day Carpet One Floor & Home Convention provides members of the cooperative the opportunity to learn more about new programs and discover ways to improve their business. Under the Convention theme ENGAGE, members will network together to share best practices on how to engage with customers, engage with their employees, and engage with all the programs that Carpet One Floor & Home offers.
Keynote speaker Jeremy Gutsche is an award-winning author and management consultant to brands, billionaires and CEOs. Gutsche is the brains behind Trendhunter.com: the #1 trend-spotting site in the world. Gutsche’s keynote will provide members with insight into new trends and ways to innovate as trends change.

Throughout the Convention, members have the opportunity to engage and learn from staff and leadership of Carpet One Floor & Home, but one of the biggest benefits of Convention is the opportunity to engage with other members. Even meal times are utilized to help members make the most out of their time at Convention. Regional Network Groups (RNG) and Business Network Groups (BNG) bring together members by geography and business goals to network and learn.
To keep members engaged throughout the year, Carpet One Floor & Home launched C1 Radio as a new way to communicate. Private podcasts with some of Carpet One Floor & Home’s management will be broadcast through an online and mobile platform that allows members to listen to news and updates on the go.
Expanding on their digital marketing strategy, members will have the opportunity to participate in three different levels of support from a basic One Stop Digital plan to One Stop Digital Plus and One Stop Digital Premium. Each plan will give members an easy and affordable digital marketing packages that they can select based on their individual needs and preferences.
