Leading Call Analytics Provider Now Able to Support Top-Tier Local Search Clients in More than 60 Countries

Leading call analytics and attribution technology provider Telmetrics today announced that the company has expanded its global support for local search clients to more than 60 countries, including Australia, Brazil, Japan and Singapore. In addition, Telmetrics is introducing its new CallTelligence® dashboard, which features a new user interface that advances clients’ real-time visibility into actionable call analytics.

Telmetrics previously expanded its support to Europe and Mexico in 2011 and was serving nearly 20 different countries. Today’s announcement extends Telmetrics’ support to all seven continents as its top-tier digital publisher, agency and marketing solutions clients pursue their global footprint and expansion opportunities.

Telmetrics’ new CallTelligence application offers a new look and feel and an intuitive call analytics dashboard that delivers the attribution insights today’s marketers need to prove and optimize the value of their digital marketing programs. In combination with Telmetrics’ API, the CallTelligence dashboard provides online to offline lead generation insights, real-time campaign reporting and easy-to-access call response data. This includes aggregate and detailed call data by lead source for improved offline lead attribution.
