Clearwave has been a great addition to our practice workflow," says Tyler Taylor, Director of Revenue Cycle with Family Health Group.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) January 27, 2016
http://www.clearwaveinc.com Clearwave Corporation announced today a new client relationship with Family Health Group, which is affiliated with Maury Regional Medical Center, and offers specialist and primary physician care to residents of southern Middle Tennessee.
Family Health Group has been systematically implementing Clearwave’s solution to their multiple locations, integrating the Clearwave portal with their daily workflow. They currently are using Clearwave’s solution in three of their locations and the staff has noticed an increase in productivity, collections, and fewer rejected claims in these locations. The registration process has been simplified, allowing patients to check in faster and helps staff monitor patients who need extra help or special attention, depending on their service needs.
“Clearwave has been a great addition to our practice workflow. Our staff is able to monitor the check-in process easier, as the portal updates in real time, and this helps keep track of patients who have not been seen yet. The kiosk has increased our patient collections and made the process easier for the patient and the staff. Plus, Eligibility Verification has been a huge help to alert staff of incorrect or outdated information the patient did not remember to update at the kiosk, resulting in fewer denials,” says Tyler Taylor, Director of Revenue Cycle with Family Health Group.
“Clearwave is assisting Family Health Group in creating a common check-in process across all of their locations. This check-in process allows Family Health Group to more efficiently obtain and authenticate patient data, while providing the patient with a much faster check-in process,” stated Gerard White, President & CEO with Clearwave Corporation. “At Clearwave, we believe that patients are tired of all the paperwork and making multiple trips to the front desk. We are creating a better process for everyone,” said White.
Clearwave’s state of the art patient registration station tightly integrates to any PM or HIS including: Nextgen, Allscripts, Cerner, GE, Greenway, McKesson, Meditech, and SRS Soft. Data from the patient’s driver’s license and insurance card is read using optical character recognition, eliminating typos and speeding up registration. Clearwave is connected to over 700 insurance companies, providing real-time insurance verification.
