Big Statues Helps Make Special Memorials in 2015
(PRWEB) January 30, 2016 -- "Every day, I wake up, I know I am going to work, and I am going to help someone else feel connected to that special person that they may have lost." In 2015, Matt Glenn with Big Statues and his team, created many memorials for many families, sports teams, and companies, who had lost many loved ones. Glenn says, "It is such a humbling experience, and helps me remember that life is short. You can't take any moment for granted."
Matt Glenn was asked to create a special memorial for a family who had lost a small child at birth. He was able to create a plaque to be placed at the burial site of the young child. Glenn loves what he does because he is able to do what he loves, while he is helping someone else create a memorial for those they have lost, and designate a place where they individuals and families can go to help them feel connected to their loved one again.
Currently Matt and his team are working on a handful of statues of soldiers who were killed in battle, children who lost lives due to cancer or unexpected freak accidents, and those who made a great impact on the lives of their family and friends. "It is a very sobering experience to hear the stories of all the individuals we are sculpting, but it is also amazing and rewarding to hear the stories of their lives, and where they came from. You can learn something new from every memorial that is created."
Their will be an amazing statue unveil for a very special individual later this year, that will take place in August. For more information on the story, please visit this link.
