TROY Group, Inc., a worldwide leader in the printing and management of security documents, will showcase their innovative technologies at the Optical Document Security Conference February 10 – 12, 2016 in San Francisco, CA.

TROY will be offering hands-on demonstrations of their newest innovative ultraviolet ink technologies during the topical table top exhibition at the Optical Document Security Conference. TROY’s innovative technologies include a number of specialty ultraviolet inks, and recommendations on how to use them to achieve the most secure documents. Each of these solutions was developed in TROY’s state of the art inkjet laboratory.

TROY will also feature the TROY 8100 Officejet SecureUV printer at the conference. The 8100 printer offers the ability to print select areas of a document with ultraviolet (UV) ink that is only visible under a specified UV light. Any combination of graphics, text, or barcodes can be used to create a customized secure document. These items are added with the specified color combination provided and they will print as invisible UV at the same time as the black portions of the document allowing covert security features to be added to high value documents at risk for fraud. TROY will be printing samples live during the event.

“Our research and development team has shown true innovation when developing these ultraviolet solutions,” said Larry Landtiser, Executive Vice President and General Manager at TROY Group, Inc. “We are excited to offer these highly effective security solutions to the security document industry.”

Optical Document Security focuses on technical and scientific developments in optical security for documents and products of value. The conference offers a platform to researchers, developers, manufacturers, and users of security to present their findings, new work, and new techniques on a technical and scientific level.
