"Our community partners are thrilled to save time and money using this online tool to reach parents." Bobbie Gregory, executive assistant to the superintendent, Sylvan Union School District
Modesto, Calif. (PRWEB) March 09, 2016
Peachjar has announced the launch of its digital communication tool in Sylvan Union School District. The platform will increase parent and community engagement across the district. “Peachjar is so user-friendly for our staff and parents,” stated Bobbie Gregory, executive assistant to the superintendent for Sylvan Union School District. “Our community partners are thrilled to save time and money using this online tool to reach parents.”
By using this new system, Sylvan Union School District expects to eliminate the need to print over 1 million sheets of paper per year – that’s over 130 trees. Additionally, the school district no longer incurs the administrative burden and costs associated with paper flyer distribution.
Peachjar was founded in 2011 in response to the billions of paper flyers being carried home from schools each year in children’s backpacks. Parents across North America now receive important school information on to go, and can click to register their children for activities and events.
