We want to make sure that our job seekers have access to every available job opening.

JobsForGreeks.com is an internet job board for members of Fraternities and Sororities that started in 2013. After initial success the website is finding it hard to keep up with demand. Now in its third year of operations it is opening up its doors to employers.
In order to attract new employers the website is offering free subscriptions to any employers wishing to post openings. President of JobsForGreeks.com, Matthew Soehl said he thought the subscriptions offered were a barrier of entry to some employers and stated, “We want to make sure that our job seekers have access to every available job opening.”
JobsForGreeks.com may be on to something. A 2014 Gallup Survey that measured Employee Engagement found employees who were members of Fraternities and Sororities:
- Have a better Sense of Purpose
- Have a better Sense of Community
- Are more Social
- Are more Financially Secure
- Are more Physically Healthy
This is compared to employees who did not go through the Greek system. The study attributes the results to the members being extremely involved in extracurricular activities.
JobsForGreeks.com hopes to bring employers together with these exceptional job seekers. Employers can sign up for a free subscription by going to http://www.jobsforgreeks.com/subscription or for more information email Matt(at)jobsforgreeks(dot)com.
