OfferCraft, a Las Vegas-based software company, signed an agreement with Storm International’s Hollywood Entertainment Casinos to allow guests at both the Constitución and La Estanzuela properties to play games and win prizes in unique ways both inside and outside the casinos. The games have names such as Carga, Gira y Gana (Charge, Spin and Win), Ruleta del Sabor (Flavor Roulette) and Maletín de la Suerte (Lucky Briefcase). The new experiences developed by OfferCraft use games to motivate customers, and they further cement Hollywood Entertainment’s place as one of Mexico’s most engaging gaming destinations.
Customers will now be able to play the games either onsite or online, and they can choose to have their prizes delivered to them via text message, email, or printed at the property. For example, guests that spend more than $100 pesos at the food court will be invited to play the “Ruleta del Sabor” game to win discounts off meals, free desserts, soups and chilaquiles, and Free Points for gaming. In another game, guests will be invited to play a Scratch & Match game to win electronic tickets for the Gran Juego drawing at the special event called Noche Norteña, a mens-only event in April.
