Provides on-demand mobile access to program data

Pharmaceutical services provider TrialCard released its Pulse Analytics app in the Apple App Store this week. The app makes the broad array of business intelligence data currently available via the Pulse desktop platform accessible on an iPad, providing ease of use and flexibility for field sales representatives. The app also adds a number of iPad-only features such as annotation and sharing capabilities that allow field representatives to make notes on the go and easily collaborate with management and other team members.

“In talking with sales leaders from several pharmaceutical manufacturers we’ve learned that a large number of field forces are using iPads in their daily business but still struggle to get up to date data in an efficient manner,” said Mark Bouck, TrialCard President and CEO. “This app provides a direct solution to the common problem of not being able to access, share, and work with data while in the field.”

Bouck added that TrialCard plans to continue developing content for both the desktop and mobile Pulse Analytics platforms as the systems evolve to meet client needs. “It’s a constant process,” he said. “We’re continuously listening and then coming up with new ways to deliver information that enable our customers to provide value to the healthcare professionals they work with.”
