Partner program to accelerate the delivery of Cyara’s market-leading customer experience management solutions

Cyara announced today that they have launched a new global partner program, doubled the size of the partner team, and are planning to further bolster engagement with partners as a key strategy to accelerate delivery of Cyara’s SaaS customer experience management (CEM) solutions. “Cyara is in a prime position to capitalize on the rapidly growing CEM market with tools that enable our customers to deliver flawless omnichannel customer experiences,” said Alok Kulkarni, CEO of Cyara. “Cyara partners will have a unique opportunity to not only bring market-leading solutions to their customers, but also to improve their own bottom line.”

As customer experience moves from a nice-to-have to an operational mandate, the CEM market is expected to grow from US$4.36 billion in 2015 to $10.77 billion by 2020. From 2008 to 2015, CX innovation leaders have realized cumulative returns 50% greater than the S&P 500 market index.1 Cyara’s market-leading solutions have been enthusiastically embraced by customer experience leaders as evidenced by the company’s rapid 82% growth globally, over 100% growth in North America in the past year, and the addition of over 50 new “big brand” customers.
