With 6 locations in New York State, Operation PROM plans to distribute thousands of dresses to students in need.

'Prom is a rite of passage, and every teen should be able to attend regardless of their financial status,' says Operation PROM Founder and President, Noel D’Allacco.

As the 2016 Prom season quickly approaches, Operation PROM is preparing to distribute thousands of dresses throughout New York state. With chapters in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Hopewell Junction and its home base, Westchester County, the organization is set to hit a record numbers of donations this year. In fact, Macy’s has donated over 5,000 brand new prom dresses as part of their “Buy One, Give One” campaign. Designers including Ralph Lauren, Adrianna Papell, Saboroma, and PromGirl.com have also donated generous amounts of new dresses this prom season.

“Prom is a rite of passage, and every teen should be able to attend regardless of their financial status,” says Operation PROM Founder and President, Noel D’Allacco. High school seniors in good academic standing and who are need of a dress can pre-register online at http://www.OperationPROM.org, or contact a chapter director in their area.
