'The Employee Relations Benchmark Study was the natural evolution of our highly-regarded Annual Employee Relations Survey. The study takes a deep dive into employee relations best practices across the US,' said Deborah J. Muller, Founder & CEO, HR Acuity.

HR Acuity, a leading provider of employee relations and workplace investigation solutions, launched the Employee Relations Benchmark Study on April 27, 2016, to identify and define “best practices” in relation to employee relations management. The groundbreaking study will provide medium and enterprise-level organizations with a unique set of employee relations metrics and the ability to compare results with other similarly situated organizations. The focus is primarily on best practices within the US.
