Winpark’s Lauren Nelson Honored with Texas Parking & Transportation Association Award

Lauren Nelson Earned Award of Excellence in Parking Employee Category

Winpark announced today that the company’s Senior Parking Operations Manager, Lauren Nelson, was recently honored in the parking employee category of the 2016 Texas Parking & Transportation Association’s Awards of Excellence.

“We are all very proud of Lauren’s accomplishments,” proclaimed Liliana Rambo, Winpark’s president. “Lauren’s tireless efforts for Winpark, our clients and the parking industry as a whole are worthy of recognition. This award is the culmination of all of her impressive achievements.”

Nelson joined Winpark in 2013 with over eight years of management experience, in addition to her degree in hotel and restaurant management. She is currently responsible for overseeing multiple parking operations, including the Williams Tower garage, parking management for JPMorgan Chase in Austin, and valet service for Memorial Hermann Hospital and Houston Orthopedic Surgical Hospital.

“Lauren’s contributions to Winpark are substantial,” continued Rambo. “Her management acumen has resulted in positive bottom line gains for our clients and improved service delivery for all guests at the accounts under her supervision.”

Nelson is a member of the Texas Parking & Transportation Association, and also serves as an active member of the International Parking Institute’s Research Committee. Additionally, Lauren is an active supporter of autism awareness and ALS charities.
