Ms. Sinclair Miller has over 15 years of senior human resources leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, retail, and financial services industries. She is also a champion for the employment of Veterans, and has served on boards with the Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), Liberty USO of Pennsylvania & South New Jersey, and Veterans Multi-Service Center, respectively. Her professional and volunteer efforts have led to multiple honors and distinctions, including the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year, the Women’s Veterans ROCK Legends Award, and the Veterans Multi-Service Center’s Advocacy Award.
As a member of Jane’s Advisory Board, Ms. Sinclair Miller will provide expert guidance in several key areas, such as talent acquisition and management, hiring best practices, and diversity in the workplace. This will further support Jane’s capacity to provide its growing roster of nationwide clients with the strategic insight and solutions they need to make smarter and more successful hiring decisions.
