With an Operations Analysis, we help solve the difficult challenge of restaurant profitability for operators nationwide.

Kevin Moll, the President of Restaurant Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Dan Dreyfuss has been awarded the statewide license to handle all of the firm’s restaurant consulting activities in Colorado.

“From the creation of restaurant business plans to assisting clients in the proper opening and profitable operation of their restaurants, Dan is a great addition to the firm and we’re proud that he’ll be representing us with a full compliment of restaurant consulting services throughout Colorado. We know that his client’s will enjoy fantastic results” said Moll. With 33 years of corporate and private-sector experience in high-volume restaurants with a proven track record of success, Dreyfuss has earned respect from his peers and colleagues alike.

After the signing of the Licensing Agreement with Restaurant Consultants, Inc. in April, Dreyfuss completed an intensive restaurant consultant training program at the home office in Denver. This training insures that he is knowledgeable in the RCI processes and equipped to handle almost any situation that comes his way. Moll said, “Dan is an extraordinary numbers guy and brilliant with a plate. With his unique skill-set, strong bio and our proprietary consulting tools that he is now equipped with, Dan is easily one of the top consultants in the state.”

Dreyfuss has his work cut out for him as there are 11,000 restaurants in Colorado. Restaurant Consultants, Inc. conceptual “Rule of three’s” states that at any one time, one-third of all Colorado restaurants (or 3,666 restaurants) are challenged with eminent closure because these are not successful operations for a variety of reasons. Another one-third of the restaurants in the State will struggle to a point where they’ll either be converted, rebranded or sold within a 12-month period. The remaining one-third of all restaurants will be successful and enjoy a normal life-span of about five to seven years.

Moll said that the “Rule of three’s” is significant because “at any given time in a 12-month period, there are literally thousands of restaurants that could use Dan’s help to improve their business and insure a quality future for the owner.” Dreyfuss added, “While a restaurant business is open and operating, there’s generally time to be pro-active in implementing systems to improve the restaurant. However, when the business is closed or owner resources are minimal, it’s difficult to help them at that point, so it’s important that owners reach out and call us with enough lead time, because failure can usually be avoided.”

Known for their nationwide work with independent restaurants, pubs, family style, fine dining and theme concepts of all types and size, Denver-based Restaurant Consultants, Inc. is the nationwide industry leader when it comes to solving the difficult challenges of restaurant profitability. To insure that every client has the most experienced consulting talent working with them, the President of the firm and every licensee or franchisee consultant with RCI has personally owned their own restaurant(s) and has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry. “These requirements, along with our extensive training and tools insures that our team can deliver extraordinary results and our long list of accomplishments for our clients is proof” said Moll.

He added, “to handle our future growth, we now have licenses available nationwide and are now accepting licensing applications from the most talented restaurant professionals” Moll said. “These are professional-level positions and prior restaurant ownership experience and at least 30 years of both hands-on and executive-level seasoning is necessary to be considered. With our deep pool of staff experience, top quality training, proprietary tools and unrivaled support for our consultants, we’ve never had a client that we’ve not been able to help.”

One of these unique tools that Dreyfuss has his disposal is RCI’s Operations Analysis Service. Dan says, “I can quickly identify why restaurants struggle, clarify what the solutions are, and efficiently insure that restaurant owners enjoy the fruits of their investment.” He added, “We work extremely hard to take a complex business and make it simple. Our Operations Analysis Service does this more efficiently than any other system on the market and I look forward to helping Colorado restaurant owners make good restaurant operations even better and more profitable.”
