YA Makes Several New Hires to Enhance Client Delivery

Dan Chapman has joined YA as the company’s Controller in the Finance and Accounting department. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting and manager roles. Chapman’s most recent position was with Boston Scientific, where he was a Division Finance Manager. He also held roles there as Principal Accountant/Manager in Consolidations and Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting. Prior to that, he was a Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young.

Chapman graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Accounting and Spanish. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Isaac Johnson has joined YA as a Director of Client Delivery in the Digital Services department. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience as an engineer, developer, manager and director. Johnson’s most recent position was with US Bank as a Risk Manager and Application Engineer. In previous roles, Johnson was Director of Content, Design and Implementation, as well as Creative Department Manager, at Sport Ngin, an online sports registration provider. He was also a Project Manager, Software Developer and Quality Assurance Engineer at Dow Jones/Interactive Data Corp.
Johnson graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Geography. He is an RSA Archer Certified Administrator, which is a certification for the Risk Management profession.

Justin Eisenzimmer has joined YA as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer. He brings with him 15 years of experience in data analytics. Eisenzimmer’s most recent position was with Wells Fargo as an Analytics Consultant in the Home Mortgage Capital Markets division. Previously, he held several roles at Target Corporation, including Senior Data Analyst in Merchandising Business Intelligence, Senior Systems Analyst in Assurance Risk and Compliance, and Senior Business Analyst in Strategic Pricing. Eisenzimmer graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics. He is certified as an Advanced SAS Programmer.

Kelly Hein has joined YA’s Digital Services team as a Senior Manager, Infrastructure and DevOps. Hein brings with him more than 20 years of experience in configuration and program management, Enterprise DevOps and QA with a specialty in developing and automating test scripts. Hein’s most recent position was with Thomson Reuters as Technical Program Manager. He also held other roles at Thomson Reuters, including Development Operations Manager, Quality Services Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Hein graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Joan Fatz has rejoined YA as a Software Support Engineer. She was previously a Programmer Analyst at YA. Fatz brings a wealth of YA system knowledge from nearly 30 years as a programmer/analyst for various groups within the YA. During her time away from the company, Joan was a Service Manager at Delaget, a loss prevention and analytics software provider for restaurant owners.

Fatz has completed leadership skills and project management coursework at the University of St. Thomas. She has also taken courses in progress programming development, business process and information analysis.

Mya Weller has joined YA as a Promotion Manager with the company’s Operations team. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in the promotional marketing industry. Weller’s most recent position was with Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Company (previously, Archway Marketing Services/Skybridge Marketing Group) as a Promotions Account Manager. Previously, she was a Client Services Account Representative with Gage Marketing Group.

Nick Gusmano has joined YA as a Data Analyst for the Client Insights and Analytics team. He brings with him nearly three years of experience in data analysis. Gusmano’s most recent position was with the Star Tribune as a Strategy Analyst for circulation. Prior to that, he was a Retail Market Analyst for the newspaper. Gusmano also worked at Workface, a SaaS start-up firm, and at Target on the Target.com content strategy team.

Gusmano graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
