Jet Reports announced today that its long-time employee Emiley Oster has been named Vice President to head up a new department devoted to customer success for the Portland-based company – one of the top providers of business intelligence reporting solutions for Microsoft Dynamics users worldwide.

As VP of Customer Success, Oster is responsible to ensure corporate clients worldwide receive a continuum of product support subsequent to purchase and implementation of Jet Reports' business analytics tools. From providing additional resources, to tailored training options, and SaaS contract and licensing renewals, this new vice president role underscores Jet Reports’ commitment to service delivery.

Joe Little, CEO of Jet Reports, said the new position comes at a time when many businesses find themselves burdened with cloud subscriptions that claim low-cost but then eat up resources as users struggle to apply the tool to industry-specific needs.

“Jet Reports has a reputation for world class service and consumer success, and this is because we see ourselves delivering more than a solution – we’re delivering reporting solutions that revolutionize the business experience for Microsoft Dynamics users,” Little said. “As customers familiarize themselves with the product, we want to make it clear that we have been – and always will be – with them every step of the way.”

Oster joined Jet Reports in 2004. Prior to being named as Vice President of Customer Success, Oster was the Director of US Sales, representing the largest revenue territory for Jet Reports. Oster graduated from Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at University of Oregon with a specialty in Accounting, and has focused her entire career on the software industry.

“Having worked alongside Emiley for over decade, I know she is an exceptional talent in understanding client needs,” Little said. “This new department will give customers around the globe automatic access to resources solely dedicated to their success after they purchase our solutions.”
