Job Market Maker, a software provider of predictive recruiting solutions, today announced that it has been named as one of five “Cool Vendors in the Digital Workplace, 2016” by Gartner, Inc., a leading industry analyst firm.

The “Cool Vendor” designation is given to interesting, new and innovative vendors, products or services. Each evaluated vendor “could inspire HR and IT leaders wanting to strike out in new directions with people, processes and technologies.”    

According to Gartner’s research, “enterprises are eager to embrace more creative ways of acquiring talent — they are thinking beyond traditional recruitment practices.” Strategic partnerships between HR and IT departments will empower and engage employees in all phases of their journey through the workplace.” Gartner predicts, by 2020, 20% of organizations will include employee engagement improvement as a shared performance objective for HR and IT groups.
