Clara Paik will serve as Executive Manager of the new real estate brokerage office, located at 40 Waltham Street, Lexington, MA.

The new location will be tailored to both luxury and global real estate markets with many bilingual agents and a focus on the growing Southeast Asian Pacific markets and high-end markets.

Prime Properties, has taken on a global initiative, bringing more flexibility for consumers searching on their company website at http://www.bhhsneprime.com. Consumers searching for a home now have the ability to choose from ten different languages for viewing all Multiple Listing Service results. Consumers may also choose preferred units of measurement and 47 different currency options.
While many brokerages have offered translation on their own listings, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is the first brokerage network to offer translation to multiple languages on all MLS listings in the US.
